First of all this tumbler is so soft and has this really nice finish to it that I've never seen before. Secondly, they put my friend's name on it in under 30 mins and I got to take it home with me same-day! Thirdly, the lid has a nice air tight opening so that nothing spills (ahem Stanley, take note).
