How long is your warranty?
We offer a 90 day warranty on all charm bar purchases. This covers clasp repairs and replacement if any charms should fall off, given that the piece has only been subject to normal wear and tear. If we determine that your jewelry is past the point of repair due to mishandling or improper use of the jewelry, we retain the right to politely send it back to you. This of course will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
How do I start a jewelry claim?
In order to initiate the repair process, please email your information, order number and description of the issue to ashleigh@boxbarphilly.com.
What is covered under my jewelry warranty?
Manufacturing defects and charm/stone replacement are covered by our three month warranty. Damaged jewelry caused by accidents, mishandling, or improper use of the jewelry is not included. This warranty also does not cover scratches, dents, tarnishing or any other damage that occurs with regular wear and tear.
All custom charm jewelry is final sale and non-refundandable. Boxbar is not responsible for metal allergies or improper care of jewelry.
