REFUND POLICY
If you have purchased an item from us without any personalization we are happy to provide you with an exchange or full refund on the item once returned to us. The item must have a proof of purchase and be in the same condition as when it was sent to you. The item must be returned within 15 days of it being purchased.
Original Receipt - Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Gift Receipt - Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
Delivery Fees - Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

Monogrammed/Personalized items
Items from our Build Your Own Box collection
Gift cards
Final sale items (with prices ending in $.99)
Items damaged through normal wear and tear
